Project Description
A leading digital agency based in Minneapolis engaged Noelle to write three case studies (downloadable PDFs) for its website—including an article about Ball State University.
For this project, Noelle highlighted how the company’s tech-savvy strategy and Sitecore expertise helped BSU move forward with a fully effective, scalable and flexible website.
She began by interviewing the agency’s leadership team to better understand the issues that BSU faced in the redeployment of its websites. She learned about the agency’s solution-focused approach, documented the most significant takeaways from the project, and shaped the success story from rough draft through final approval.
With the Ball State University case study, Noelle was pleased to highlight the agency’s leadership in digital solutions.
